Who We Are
IMAR PROPERTIES, part of Group Imar, is a Real Estate developer in Lebanon and Cyprus.
IMAR PROPERTIES started in 2012 by developing 2 projects, a 63 apartments gated community in Bikfaya Lebanon and a 47 luxurious apartments tower, SAIFI 477, in the heart Beirut.
The projects are completed and delivered.
In 2015, IMAR PROPERTIES. started the V TOWER, a retail and office high rise building comprising of 88 offices, 4 restaurants and 8 commercial shops. It is located on Zalka highway, at a 10-minute drive from Beirut downtown.
IMAR PROPERTIES handles a property bank that includes plots in Beirut DT, Daychouniye, Amioun, Ashrafieh and Larnaca Cyprus.
